The League encourage representation from all Clubs.

Trophies will be presented to Winners and Runner-ups for the 3 League Divisions, Challenge Cup and Plate Competitions and the recent Flintshire League Tournament.

Starting on May 9th, we will switch to unofficial practice nights for the summer, before starting the new 2011/2012 season on September 5th.

Would you like to come with Connah’s Quay Badminton Club (and friends!) to the All England Championships at the NIA Birmingham on Sat 12th March, semi-finals day.

Tickets including bus from Connah’s Quay swimming baths are £31.20 or £17.20 for juniors.

If you don’t want to come on the coach we have tickets only at £21 saving £8 per ticket.

The forum was originally put together to help BADMINTON England understand exactly what young  people want and what would  motivate and inspire them to play more badminton. The forum members felt a competition like this would encourage more young people to try the sport and become regular players.

Format for the day:

• 10am-11am: Badminton England coaching session – a chance to meet and play with an England squad player
• 11.15am-1pm: Fun, social tournament following on from the coached session
• 1.30pm-5.30pm: Competitive  men’s and ladies’ doubles tournament

Entry fee: £3 per player
