No club night March 22nd

Would all members – and potential guests – please note that there will not be a regular club night on March 22nd, as both Chester & Flintshire teams have home matches.

The following Monday – March 29th – will then be our last club night of the season, as Easter follows a week later.

CCO match postponed – but club night still on

Would all members please note that we have had to postpone our very first match of the season due to court unavailability.

We were supposed to play CCO in the Chester League next Monday (October 5th) at 7pm, but the Leisure Centre told us yesterday that a School Open Day means the courts will not be ready in time.

However, contrary to what they first said, the courts will in fact be ready in time for Club Night at 8pm – so please come along for more practice!

Players of all ages and abilities enjoy our friendly badminton club at Buckley Leisure Centre (formerly Buckley Sports Centre) in Flintshire, North Wales (near Mold & Chester). We have a number of qualified badminton coaches as well as players who have represented Wales at various levels.

If it’s competitive games you’re seeking, we have teams of various skill levels in a number of local badminton leagues: Flintshire and Wrexham in the North East Wales Leagues; Chester in the Cheshire League. Our members also regularly participate in local, regional and national badminton competitions.

So, if you are a decent badminton player and want some good games and great socialising, please get in touch with us as soon as possible!
